Yes, your mobile phone number allows us to look up your user account and must be provided at Checkout in order to associate the points you earn on qualifying purchases with the correct Bortex Privlege Club membership. Because we use your mobile number and email address to identify you as a member, and to notify you of your benefits, you must make sure that both are up to date at all times.

You earn points by shopping at any of our outlets including; Bortex, Lacoste, Gant, Polo Ralph Lauren and the Bortex Clerance outlets or online.

You can do so by signing in your account by clicking the loyalty widget. Our excellent team of sales advisors will be more than happy to check your balance at any of our stores.

Once you earn 10 points or more, you will be able to redeem your points in the form of a cash discount to save on your purchase.Points can be claimed online or at any of our Bortex, Lacoste, Gant, Polo Ralph Lauren and Cearance outlets. You will need to collect at least 10 points to start redeeming.

No, points cannot be transferred or passed onto someone else.

Yes, your points expire one year from when they are earned.

Points are deducated from your account based on the cash value of the item returned.

With every €20 you spend you get 1 point. Collect 10 points to benefit from €10 off your next purchase. Reach the next tier to benefit from a points multiplier! Once you become a gold member, with every €20 you spend you get 2 points.

The Gold tier can be reached once you spend a total of €1000 (or more) at any of our locations and online in a span of a year.

When you become a Gold Member you will get 2 points for every €20 spent, instead of 1 point.

On your birthday you will be able to generate and redeem* your coupon to use online or in-store.

Once you become a gold member you are entitled to 5 free monograms and pressing of 5 garments. Get your suit, formal jacket or shirt pressed to perfection for your next big event, work day or night out. Creases be gone! Bring your item to one of our stores and you will be able to pick it up in a few days.
