Accounts and orders

Creating an account is not necessary and you can check out as a guest without having to register.

However, creating a Bortex account has many benefits such as:

- Reviewing past purchases

- Receive live tracking information

- Save your address and card details for faster shopping

- Save your personal measurements and sizes

Yes, this is possible. There is no need to place a new order if you want to make changes. If you want to cancel or change your order, send us an email on ecommerce@bortexgroup.com before the order is dispatched, and we will make the necessary amendments.

Shipping and returns

After contacting our customer care team via our returns portal, orders can be returned to our stores when exchanging. For refunds or credit notes the return must be done through the website. Read more here.

Only applicable in Malta.

Our courier service does not deliver to Post Office boxes or collection points.

You can easily return an item for a refund or exchange within one month of purchase. You can have a look at our returns process by clicking here.

Our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from date of purchase.

Items bought as gifts must follow the same process outlined here.

A packing slip is provided with each order which shows the date of purchase and order number. Provide this to the gift recipient so they can easily exchange in-stores or via our customer care team.

Paid orders must be picked up in 14 days, whilst cash on delivery orders must be picked up in 7 days. If not picked up, your order will be cancelled and any payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Only applicable in Malta.

Counties outside of the EU will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of delivery. Please be aware that Bortex does not have any control for any duties and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bortex, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Our orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centre located in Malta.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

For orders in Malta we also offer a cash on delivery service.

You can pay in cash for your order whilst opting to have it delivered or you can pick it up from our Marsa store.

Kindly note that Cash on Deliveryorders for Gozoare currently not being accepted as the store is closed for refurbishment.
