Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING OPTIONS


Standard shipping is €6 and FREE for purchases over €60. Shipping estimate: 3-4 days.

In-store Pickup - You can choose your preferred Bortex Store - FREE (You will be notified when order is ready to be picked up).

RETURNS

Not happy with your purchase? You can return your item/s and receive a refund.

  1. Send an email to our customer care team with the reason behind your return on webshop@bortex.com.mt.
  2. Await confirmation from a member of our team.

Terms and conditions


T&Cs for orders placed only on our E-commerce portal:

  • You have 14 days from date of purchase to pick-up paid orders from our Stores.
  • You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your item/s.
  • Refunds or credit notes can only be processed online. Refunds are only given for online purchases. Requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Refunds cannot be issued in store.
  • Bortex does not accept cash on pick-up as a payment method. Payment needs to be settled online at checkout.
  • Bortex will not accept any returns on the following categories: masks, underwear and socks.
  • Items returned must be in a good condition and with original packaging.
  • Bortex holds the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items sent back in a used or damaged state.
  • Bortex reserves the right to decline exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in good condition or with original packaging.
  • Bortex will exchange any items originally received with any manufacturing faults free of charge.
  • The customer care team must be notified of any returns via the returns portal.
  • Online orders can be exchanged in any of our stores or online upon presentation of order details (except Mriehel and Barlowes) for items of the same value or higher.
