1. Any reference to the ‘Company’ or ‘we/us/our’ in these terms and conditions shall mean Bortex Clothing Industry Company Limited, a company registered in Malta [C2371] with registered address at A11, Marsa Industrial Estate, Marsa MRS 3000, Malta.  Any reference to ‘you/your’ shall refer to the person whose details appear on the Bortex Privilege Club account.
2. Whenconsenting to receiving email or SMS communications, you are consenting to receive such communications from all brands under the Bortex Clothing Industry Company Limited umbrella.
3. A loyalty subscription entitles you to earn points at a rate of 1 point per €20 spent in the following outlets: Bortex Fine Tailoring, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gant, Lacoste, Bortex & Friends Bay Street, Bortex Clearance Outlet, Gagliardi Gran Gusto and via our e-commerce platform found at this link www.bortex.com.mt.
4. Once you become a gold member you are entitled to earn points at a rate of 2 points per €20.
5. You must provide your mobile number or email address at the cash point to earn points on your purchase.
6. A percentage off reward, cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other offers.
7. Pressing and monograming rewards can only be redeemed on garments which where purchased from any of the Bortex Clothing Industry Company Limited outlets.
8. The Company reserves the right to withdraw any user subscription at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.  We also reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, including the right to terminate or modify this Loyalty Scheme, in which case we undertake to inform you of any changes using the contact information you have provided.
9. This Loyalty Scheme will, by its nature, process your personal data.  The processing of your personal data will take place in strict accordance with Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta (Data Protection Act – the ‘Act’) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – the ‘GDPR’).  In line with the GDPR you are informed that:

• The data controller is the Company.You may contact us using the contact information printed on this form or via our website. All matters relating to your data privacy may be addressed to info@bortexgroup.com
• The personal data we will process in your regard will be the data that you have provided when signing up, as well as all transaction data effected each time
  you use your Loyalty account.  This information will be processed in order for us to understand which of our goods are of interest to you, and to provide you with goods and products that we believe may be of interest to you.  We will include you on our newsletters, but you may opt out of receiving all or any communications at every occasion.  We will process your personal data for as long as your Loyalty account remains active, or until you terminate your account – whichever is sooner.
• Your personal data will not be shared with any other company or person except those companies forming part of the Bortex Group of Companies (the ‘Group’).  For an updated list of these companies, we invite you to visit our corporate website www.bortexgroupholdings.com.  From time to time we may provide you with offers or products and services within the Group that we believe may be of interest to you.
