How does a shirt magically resist creasing you might ask?
Well our Non-iron shirts are made from a 100% Cotton. Cotton is mostly cellulose, which is made from carbon and oxygen glued by hydrogen. When there is contact with cellulose, the hydrogen in water displaces some of the hydrogen in the cellulose, weakening the bonds and creases are formed.
Our non-iron cotton fabric is treated with liquid ammonia which reacts with the natural cellulose, creating a new structure which has more hydrogen bonds between atoms, which means when the fabric comes into contact with water, it creases less. Don't worry all elements are used are perfectly safe for the wearer.
